Architecture

When size matters

SuperHuge 3D prints start at 1.5m and reach an incredible 5m in height.

Hard-Coated Polystyrene
SuperHuge 3D prints are made from high-density polystyrene - Perfect for fast production.

The polystyrene is smoothed by hand, then hard-coated with Polyurethane resin to give a durable, Class 1 fire-rated finish.

Keep control

Your prints come directly from a digital file which means what you sign off is what we print - The ultimate reassurance for large projects.

Unique & Unparallelled

We have specially developed software and processes guaranteeing you consistent, reliable delivery of enormous 3D prints.

Dramatic Cost-Saving

SuperHuge is powered by C1 – our proprietry software which enables hollow prints. This means massive material savings up to 80% plus the ability to integrate structure or service channels which cuts costs massively.

TARDIS theory

Our C-Lock system speeds installation and means we can install anywhere, anytime, and even more incredibly - through access the size of a small doorway.

Limitless

Our Hybrid Object Layer Manufacturing (H-OLM) allows for a practically limitless print-size and supremely flexible approach to production.

Integrated Structure & Safety
Structural engineers and internal steel-work or scaffolding make our larger prints safe for use for long term installations and in the public domain.

Structure

Because the files are generated in a virtual space, we can include the cavities and locking points for scaffolding and steel structure – an amazing advance compared to traditional methods.

Conformity

When required, structural engineers sign off our designs - a measure of safety and also reassurance for insurers on large commercial projects.
