If you can bring a project to the table, you can use the freelance pool to build your team and run the project. Likewise if you bring a project too complex for your level of experience, you (or if you prefer, we) can nominate a senior / lead and you can be part of the team they build.
Freelancers that bring projects to the table receive up to a hefty 50% of the total profit from the net sale as well as their standard hourly rate on the project. More about commissionCommission payments are made after we receive the payment from the customer. Our standard terms with customers for digital projects are payment prior to final upload, and we don't upload until the customer has signed-off the work. For physical work our terms are final payment 30 days after delivery. Delivery takes place after workshop sign-off. Bring a project to the table
If you have a client that has a project too big for you to manage, and you'd like the management support and freelancer resource of Chinchilla we would gladly help you get the project off the ground. We will help you or your designated senior to manage the project to fruition. Our role is supportive from a project management perspective and we only help as much as the senior asks. The customer books the project through Chinchilla Limited and we invoice them directly, and pay you and the team of freelancers directly. After the project has completed, we ask the customer and Senior to rate each other. We also ask the Senior to rate each member of the freelance team. Freelancer ratings are visible to Seniors who are building a team for a project, so the stronger your ratings the more likely they are to book you. You can only bring a project to the table if you have already uploaded your CV. Bring a project to the table
